This page explains what personal data we handle when you use this website or get in touch with us about a stay.
What we collect
This website has no forms, no accounts and no payments. You cannot submit anything to us through it.
We receive personal data only when you choose to contact us — by email, phone, WhatsApp or Instagram — using the details on our Contact page. We then handle whatever you send us, usually your name, your contact details, the dates you are interested in and how many people are travelling.
We use this only to reply to you and to arrange a stay. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. It stays switched off until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time. Our Cookie Policy explains this in full.
Who else handles data
Running the site means a few providers necessarily handle technical data such as your IP address:
- Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from abuse.
- Sanity stores the site's content and delivers its images.
- Google provides analytics, but only after you accept.
- OpenStreetMap supplies the map on each villa page, and receives your IP address when that map loads.
How long we keep it
We keep what you send us for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any stay that follows, and for any period we are required to keep records. Analytics data is retained by Google under its own terms.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

Changes
If we update this policy, the new version will appear here with a new date.
